"We recently completed a 12-night trip to Vietnam and Cambodia that was arranged by Allison Chiang of Odynovo. I cannot imagine how the experience could have been better. Via email, Ms Chiang worked with us to develop a customized tour for six, taking into consideration some of our special concerns as senior citizens. The trip included visits to Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Angkor Wat, Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong delta. We were provided with an English-speaking guide and driver at each venue. All were excellent, providing interesting narratives and historical perspectives. We traveled in modern nine-passenger air-conditioned vans, and we were always provided with bottles of cold water and even cold towels. Each day, the guide arranged diverse lunches at interesting restaurants. The guides were flexible, allowing us to start a little later in the morning and to add an occasional extra stop. The drivers always had the van nicely positioned at the end of our visit to minimize our walking. I am sure that because Odynovo had made our arrangement, we received upgrades at two hotels and on the cruise. Finally, I cannot believe how affordable this customized tour was."
