Day 1: Welcome to Switzerland, Zurich to Chur by Train
Upon arrival at Zurich airport, pick up your documents at the SBB ticketing counter in the airport and then directly toward Chur by train. It will arrive in about 1.5 hours. Make your way to your hotel.

Day 2: Chur to Tirano by Train, Ride on the Bernina Express
The Bernina Express is a train connecting Chur in Switzerland and Tirano in Italy by crossing the Swiss Engadin Alps. Consisting of panoramic carriages and offering multilingual commentary, it is very popular with travelers. This morning you will get on this train to start a delightful journey to Tirano, Italy. As the red train climbs the mountains and crosses the lakes, the breathtaking Alpine scenery especially the UNESCO-listed part between Albula and Bernina will completely catch your eyes.
On your arrival in Tirano about 4 hours later, the rest of the day is left for you to explore this tiny Italian town at your own pace.

Day 3: Tirano Back to Chur through the Bernina Express
Ride the Bernina Express back to Chur this morning and the remainder of the time is free at leisure. Why not spend some time exploring this charming Swiss town?
Chur is regarded as the oldest town in Switzerland with a settlement history of more than 5,000 years. Its old town is best preserved and free of traffic. Strolling along the winding cobblestone paths, you can marvel at ancient buildings with colorfully painted facades, secluded courtyards, the Gothic Chur Cathedral, and so on.

Day 4: Chur to Brig through the Glacier Express
The Glacier Express, starting from St. Moritz and ending at Zermatt, is the most famous scenic train in Switzerland. It takes about 8 hours to travel through the Alps at an average speed of less than 40 km per hour, earning it the slowest express in the world.
Today you will take the Glacier Express from Chur to Brig and experience the most beautiful part of the route. Watching out of a panoramic window, you will immerse yourself in the spectacular scenery of the Swiss consisting of the grazing grasslands, the mountains, the canyons, the glaciers, and the lovely towns of the Alps.
A bit later, arrive in the city of Interlaken for the night.

Day 5: Interlaken, Excursion to Jungfraujoch
An excursion to Jungfraujoch is the must-do when staying in Interlaken. Best known as the "Top of Europe", Jungfraujoch is one of the highest peaks in the Alps lying about 30 km south of Interlaken. Ice and snow are guaranteed at the peak throughout the year while the foot is green with grass.
Today you will take a cogwheel train up to the highest rail station in Europe at 3,454 m. Here you can stroll around the "Ice Palace", overlook its surroundings from the viewing platform, and play with the white snow.

Day 6: Interlaken - Zurich, Departure
Take the morning free at leisure and you will return to Zurich by train around noon. Your Switzerland Vacation will come to an end when you arrive in Zurich.- B
