Day 1: Arrival, Muscat
Welcome to Oman, a Arab country built on natural wonders! Upon arrival in Muscat, your private driving guide will greet you with a warm smile. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure after a transfer to your hotel for check-in.

Day 2: Muscat
Start your city tour with a visit to the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. Later, drive to the district of Muttrah and then start your leisure walking from an old fish market, past Muttrah Corniche lined with 19th-century merchants' houses, to the famous Muttrah Souq. You can practice your bargain skill in the souq and then enjoy a short break in a traditional coffee shop. Continue your visit to the Bait Al Zubair Museum, followed by the Al Alam Palace. At the end of the tour, head to Marina Bander al Rowhna and board your boat to enjoy a 2-hour cruise along the impressive coast.

Day 3: Muscat - Jebel Shams
After breakfast, your tour guide will pick you up and escort you to Al Hazm Castle. This renovated fortress equipped with digital guides and detailed descriptions of the exhibits would give you an insight view of Omani culture. Later, driving across over the Hajar Mountains, you will reach Bilat Sayd, an ancient village famous for its charming terraced gardens. Continue your journey up to Jebel Shams, the highest mountain in this country with a height of 3,009 m. Stop at a site of 2,500 m and enjoy the view of the deep Omani Grand Canyon and finally arrive at your camp at around 5 pm.

Day 4: Jebel Shams - Nizwa
After a night in the quiet mountain, you will head to the city of Nizwa today. Along the way, you will have opportunities to see the remarkable rock landscape of Jebel Shams and a fantastic view over the Valley of Sint; stop at Wadi Al Ain for the ancient archaeological sites of beehive-shaped tombs; step into the Jabreen Castle to appreciate its well-preserved ceiling paintings, wall frescoes and unusual architecture; and make a photo stop at Bahla for the oldest clay fortress in the country. Upon your arrival at the hotel, check-in and spend some time as leisure.

Day 5: Nizwa - Misfat Al Abryeen - Nizwa
The Nizwa Souq is your first stop today. Not far away from here is Nizwa Fort, an amazing example of old Omani architecture. Under your guide's introduction, you will learn how the Omani people lived in ancient times and the function of its round tower. Later, continue to Al Hamra. It is an ancient town on the edge of a huge oasis and home to a number of villages. Misfat Al Abryeen, the mountainside village with about one-thousand-year history, is one of them. Before returning to your hotel, you can walk around the village to enjoy its extraordinary irrigation system, still inhabited stone houses, and garden plants.

Day 6: Nizwa - Wahiba Sands
This morning, pay a visit to the old town of Sulafat, located in Ibra where you can still see some old palace-like buildings. Follow by a relaxing trip at the Wadi Bani Khalid which is very popular in locals and adventure seekers, due to its emerald swimming pools surrounded by a rugged ravine and vibrant date palms.
In the afternoon, you will depart for your desert camp inside the Wahiba Sands. Arrive at around 5 pm, and then take some rest. As the sun set, you may want to go out and up to the orange sand dunes to enjoy the stunning view or enjoy some activities that the camp offers.- B D

Day 7: Wahiba Sands - Sur
After breakfast, be prepared for your adventure crossing the Wahiba Sands to Sur. It is approximately 150 km and takes about 3 hours on the road. During the road of endless dunes, you can stop at a Bedouin camp for refreshment, and go over the last high sand dune to the beach for a photo opportunity. Later, drive along the coast road through many small fishing villages to Sur for an overnight stay.

Day 8: Sur - Bimmah Sinkhole - Muscat
Sur is a harbor town once famous for dhow manufacture. Nowadays, you can also see the beautifully renovated lighthouse around the old African port of Aiyah and visit a dhow factory where the traditional Omani wooden vessels are still hand-crafted. Later, make a stopover at the Wadi Tiwi, followed by Bimmah Sinkhole. They are two nice respite sites, both with dazzling turquoise waters. Afterward, continue to Muscat through a long valley, where you can see a massive display of rock art. At about 5 pm, you will reach your hotel and rest.

Day 9: Muscat, Departure
Today, your tour guide will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the airport. Before saying goodbye to Oman, enjoy the last-minute shopping time seeking something exotic as souvenirs for your family and friends.
