Day 1: Arrival, Fukuoka
Welcome to Fukuoka, the vibrant gateway to your Kyushu adventure. Upon arrival, meet an airport assistant who will guide you to take public transportation to the hotel on your own.
As evening falls, we recommend venturing out to the Tenjin district, a hub of shopping and dining that comes alive at night, offering a perfect introduction to Fukuoka's lively atmosphere.

Day 2: Exploring Fukuoka City
Begin your day at Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, a historic site known for its elegant bridges, tranquil ponds, and seasonal plum blossoms. Then, step into Kyushu National Museum for its vast collection on the region's culture and history and visit Komyozenji Temple to admire its beautiful zen rock gardens featuring moss patches, pebble stones and maple trees.
Return to Fukuoka's city center to explore the Fukuoka Castle Ruins, where remnants of stone walls and turrets hint at its 17th-century grandeur. If time permits, unwind at Ohori Park, a peaceful lakeside retreat perfect for a stroll or quiet relaxation, offering a glimpse into local life.

Day 3: Fukuoka - Kumamoto
In the morning, take a private transfer from Fukuoka to Kumamoto. (Driver Only)
Then, start to discover Kumamoto Castle, a majestic fortress with towering stone walls, moats, and turrets. Standing for over 400 years, it has witnessed the rise and fall of feudal lords and Japan's political shifts after the Meiji Restoration. Though damaged in the 1877 Seinan War, it was faithfully restored, offering a glimpse into samurai-era life.
Next, visit Suizenji Jojuen, a stunning 17th-century landscape garden built by the Hosokawa clan. Stroll through its serene ponds, rock formations, and lush greenery, designed to replicate the 53 post stations of the historic Tokaido route. A walk here feels like stepping back in time through Japan's Edo-period scenery.

Day 4: Kumamoto - Mount Aso
Full-Day Mt. Aso Tour with Nakadake Crater (Driver Only)

Day 5: Kumamoto - Takachiho Gorge

Day 6: Kumamoto - Kokonoe - Yufuin - Beppu

Depart from Kumamoto to Beppu, stop at Kokonoe "Dream" Suspension Bridge, Japan's tallest pedestrian bridge at 173 meters high and 390 meters long. Enjoy breathtaking views of Shindo Falls and the seasonal landscapes below.
Continue to Yufuin, a charming onsen town known for its tranquil atmosphere, boutique shops, and art galleries. Stroll through the scenic streets and visit Kinrin Lake, where mist rises from the water, creating a mystical ambiance.

Day 7: Beppu Day Tour

Discover Beppu's geothermal wonders on this immersive day tour. Start your day at Umi Jigoku ("Sea Hell"), with its stunning cobalt-blue waters and serene garden. Afterward, take a short walk to Jigokumushikobo Kannawa to experience Beppu's unique steam-cooking tradition - enjoy a delicious geothermal-steamed meal.
Next, head to Tatsumaki Jigoku ("Tornado Hell") to witness a dramatic geyser erupting every 30 - 40 minutes. Continue your tour at Chinoike Jigoku ("Blood Pond Hell"), where the vivid red waters make for a truly striking sight. Don't forget to pick up volcanic mud skincare products as souvenirs.
Later, visit Kamado Jigoku ("Cauldron Hell"), a fun, interactive hot spring, where you can try steaming your face or taste hot spring water.
