Itinerary

• Day 1: Arrival in Frankfurt

  Upon your arrival in Frankfurt, a comfortable transfer will take you from the airport to your hotel for check-in. Enjoy the rest of the day on your own.

• Day 2: Frankfurt - Würzburg - Rothenburg ob der Tauber

  Depart from Frankfurt to Würzburg for a sightseeing tour of the city. With superlative rococo architecture, picture-perfect churches, and a towering fortress, this city would be a happy beginning of your Germany vacation.

  Afterward, you will continue to visit Rothenburg ob der Tauber, one of the oldest and most beautiful cities in Germany. Strolling around the small streets surrounded by the well-preserved ancient buildings, you may think you are back in medieval times. Don't forget to visit the Christmas market before going back to the hotel.

• Day 3: Rothenburg ob der Tauber - Nuremberg

  This morning is free for you to soak up the Christmas atmosphere of Rothenburg at your own pace. Make sure to visit the shop of Käthe Wohlfahrt, where a variety of Christmas decorations and gifts can be found, such as music boxes, Christmas tree ornaments, Christmas wreaths, and nutcrackers.

  Later on, continue to Nuremberg for a city tour. Each year in the weeks leading up to Christmas, the Hauptmarkt Square in the heart of old town hosts Germany's most famous Christmas market - "Christkindlesmarkt". It is also a great place to experience the traditional German Christmas atmosphere and culture.

• Day 4: Nuremberg - Regensburg - Munich

  Your journey will continue to the city of Regensburg, one of the oldest cities in Germany. You will visit the UNESCO-listed medieval center then proceed to Munich, a unique city that combines history with modernity. Here, visit the Marienplatz Square, the historic City Hall, and the Christmas market.

• Day 5: Munich - Garmisch - Partenkirchen - Füssen

  After breakfast, go on to visit Garmisch-Partenkirchen, which was the site of the 1936 Winter Olympic Games and is famous as a ski town in the world. You may enjoy the stunning scenery of the snow-capped mountain if the weather allows. Take an optional excursion to the top of Zugspitze if you feel like challenging yourself, the highest mountain in Germany with a height of 2963 meters.

  In the afternoon, move on to your hotel in Füssen at the foot of the mountain range for a relaxing night.

• Day 6: Füssen - Neuschwanstein Castle - Stuttgart

  Neuschwanstein Castle, one of the most popular castles in the world, is the most must-see attraction that you can't miss during your stay in Füssen.

  This 19^th-century historic palace standing high on a rugged hill near Füssen is the inspiration for Disneyland Castle and many other modern fairy-tale castles.

  Arrive in Stuttgart in the later afternoon.

• Day 7: Stuttgart - Heidelberg - Frankfurt, Departure

  Spend the morning visiting the Mercedes-Benz Museum, seeing over 160 models of cars, and enjoying the history of the development of this brand.

  In the afternoon, proceed to Heidelberg for a stopover. Here you will visit the famous Heidelberg Castle and stroll around the old town encompassed by the enchanting smell of Christmas, and seek some souvenirs at the Christmas Market.

  The tour will come to an end as you arrive at Frankfurt airport at around 6:30 pm and take home with a rose-colored Frankfurt impression.
