Day 1: Arrive in Entebbe, Transfer to Kampala
Welcome to Uganda, the Pearl of Africa!
Meet your guide at Entebbe International Airport on the northern shores of Lake Victoria for the private transfer to your hotel in Kampala, the capital and the largest city of Uganda. The drive to your hotel will take about an hour.

Day 2: Kampala - Murchison Falls National Park
Your destination for today is Murchison Falls National Park. On the way, break at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a two-hour rhino trekking, tracking rhinos in a wild setting, observing them as close as possible, learning about their habits and the effort people have done on expanding the rhino populations. There are also chances to encounter Uganda kobs, oribis, waterbucks, etc.
Arrive at the national park early evening, have dinner and spend the night at your safari lodge.

Day 3: Murchison Falls National Park
As the biggest nature reserve in Uganda, Murchison Falls National Park (MFNP) is famous as the only place in Uganda to spot the Big Five. This morning, you will be accompanied by a ranger with extensive knowledge of this park to spot its incredible wildlife, including elephants, buffalos, lions, antelopes, giraffes, waterbucks, and varied bird species.
Besides the wild array of mammals and birds, the MFNP is also featured with the Victoria Nile that rushes out of the narrow cracks in the cliffs of the Great Rift Valley. The boat safari in the afternoon will offer you a big chance to get close to the majestic Murchison Falls and distinctive creatures, such as hippos, buffaloes, and crocodiles, living in the river.

Day 4: Murchison Falls National Park
If you are a bird lover, a private boat safari with superb bush breakfast on the delta where the Victoria Nile flows into Lake Albert will treat you with a nice opportunity to see the hundreds of bird species, including shoebills, inhabiting the dense forest. What's more, in this scenic voyage, you may also see hippos bathing in the river, crocodiles sunning on the bank, or fringed monkeys hopping in the forest.
In the afternoon, get back to your lodge for a leisure afternoon or take another game drive in the park. It's your decision.

Day 5: Murchison Falls National Park - Fort Portal
Today, you will drive about 400 km (about 7-8 hours) down the Escarpment of the Albertine Rift to Fort Portal, your springboard into Kibale Forest National Park which is home to chimpanzees, red colobus monkeys, blue monkeys, olive baboons, L'Hoest's monkeys, and others in a total of 13 species of primate. Picnic lunch and break will be served en route.
Arrive at your hotel in Fort Portal late afternoon and take good rest to save energy for tomorrow's journey.

Day 6: Fort Portal
Kibale Forest National Park boasts the highest diversity and density of primates in all of Africa, and among the 21 African countries where chimpanzees can be found, Uganda offers the highest chances of encountering chimpanzees due to the largest population, about 1500, in Kibale Forest. Today, you will follow an experienced guide to track chimpanzees, watching their daily grooming, playing, and foraging.
Chimpanzee tracking is mainly focused on tracking and you may not have many chances to identify other inhabitants in the forest. A leisurely Bigodi walk will be a good supplement and offer you the opportunity to spot some interesting birdlife and other primates.

Day 7: Fort Portal - Queen Elizabeth National Park
Queen Elizabeth National Park creates a 180-kilometer wildlife corridor together with Kibale adjoining it in the north harbors over 95 species of mammals and hundreds of species of birds.
Today, after arrival at the park from Fort Portal, you will have the first game drive along with a 200 km network of well-maintained game viewing tracks to glance at its rich array of wildlife and stunning landscape.

Day 8: Queen Elizabeth National Park
As a lion conservation unit, Queen Elizabeth National Park boasts over 250 large cats and the world's largest population of tree-climbing lions. Lion tracking in the northern sector of the park is an extremely rare opportunity to get close to the lions, learning about their natural habitat, and habits. This morning, you will join a knowledgeable research team, get into the bush off the common safari jeep tracks, to spot and observe these charismatic cats.
Late afternoon, enjoy a private boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, spotting hippos, elephants, buffalo, and other animals bathing in the waters.

Day 9: Queen Elizabeth National Park
This morning, you will go on a coffee tour to learn about how to transform the coffee bean into delicious Ugandan coffee, in the most traditional way totally by hand. Sipping a cup of coffee will be a good start to the day and buying some Ugandan coffee back home may be a good way to support the local community.
The Ishasha sector in the south of the park is our next destination. On the normal afternoon game drive in this area, you often can see lions snoozing on large fig trees.

Day 10: Queen Elizabeth National Park - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After a bush breakfast in the wildness, with a dining set up and a personal chef, say goodbye to the savannah and head further south to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest which is home to the mountain gorillas of Uganda.
On arrival, you will be introduced to Ride 4 a Woman, a charitable organization to teach local women skills and help them struggling with poverty. You can join them and learn about how to weave a simple basket, cook a traditional meal, or sew with traditional fabrics.

Day 11: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park located on the western edge of the Great Rift Valley is home to half of the world's population of gorillas. Accompanied by an experienced park ranger, you will hike through the steep hills in search of these gentle giants and learn about their habits. The tour may take most of the day and require a lot of energy. Once a family of the gorilla has been located, you will have an hour to observe quietly.

Day 12: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Kihihi - Entebbe
Say goodbye to Bwindi early in the morning and head to Kihihi airstrip for a domestic flight to Entebbe, where you will catch your onward flight back home.
