Sample the local cuisine for a delicious lunch after which you will head to two splendid sites, the Ta Prohm Temple (noted for the huge tree roots around it) and the Ta Keo Temple which was possibly the first to be built of sandstone. After returning to your hotel, the afternoon will be at your disposal.
