Day 1: Arrival in Seoul
Welcome to Seoul! Upon your arrival, make your way to the downtown hotel for check-in and rest up.

Day 2: Seoul Highlights Tour
Your tour in Seoul begins with a visit to Gyeongbokgung Palace, the largest palace in South Korea. Although it has been reconstructed due to several historical invasions, the palace's restored areas, including its ornamental structures, serene gardens, and various museums, offer a glimpse into Korea's history from the 14th century. You may don a Hanbok - the traditional Korean attire - and immerse yourself in the solemn atmosphere of the guard-changing ceremony.
Nearby, Bukchon Hanok Village provides a window into traditional Korean lifestyles, while Insadong, known as Seoul's cultural and artistic hub, and Gwangjang Market, teemed with traditional Korean dishes and textiles, showcase the city's vibrant modern life. Be sure to taste the local cuisine and pick up some souvenirs.

Day 3: DMZ Tour in Seoul
Spend your day exploring the DMZ, located 62 km from downtown Seoul, an area of significant political importance to both sides of the 38th parallel. Today, rather than being a symbol of conflict, the DMZ represents a vision for peace. The excursion begins at the Freedom Bridge in Imjingak Park, which witnessed the liberation of prisoners in 1953. Then, explore the 3rd Tunnel and the DMZ Exhibition to gain deeper insights into the positions of both South and North Korea during the Korean War. Conclude with a visit to the Odusan Observatory for panoramic views of the DMZ area and the frontier towns in North Korea.

Day 4: Seoul - Andong - Gyeongju, Ancient Village Tour
In the morning, drive approximately 2.5 hours to Andong, a cultural treasure trove of Korean heritage. Here, you can learn about the local culture by visiting the quaint Hahoe Folk Village, touring the Mask Museum, and watching a unique mask show. Next, take a 5-km ride to Byeongsan Seowon, a historic academy set in a picturesque natural setting, offering a stunning landscape that blends seamlessly with its environment. Afterward, transfer to Gyeongju, where you'll stay in a traditional Hanok accommodation.

Day 5: Gyeongju, UNESCO World Heritage Sites Visit
Commence your Gyeongju adventure at Seokguram Grotto, admire a grand Buddhist stone statue and enjoy views of the cityscape from the mountain's peak. Next, walk to the nearby Bulguksa Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its exquisite architecture and impressive stone pagodas and statues. Continue the exploration at the Daereungwon Tomb Complex, showcasing numerous artifacts from 1,500 years ago, including remains and royal crowns.
Later, marvel at the ingenuity of ancient people by visiting the 7th-century Cheomseongdae Observatory, the oldest existing astronomical observatory in Asia.Finally, visit the Gyeongju National Museum, which features a variety of exhibits accompanied by English descriptions. After the tour, move on to Busan by an hour's drive. Spend the evening discovering the city at your own pace or relaxing at your hotel.

Day 6: Busan City Walk
Embark your day with a unique experience - a ride on the Sky Capsule Train, where you can soak in the stunning views of Busan's beautiful coastline. Upon arriving at Cheongsapo, take a walk along the Cheongsapo Daritdol Skywalk, enjoying the breathtaking scenery where the sea meets the sky. Next, visit Yonggungsa Temple, a rare seaside monastery that offers a distinctive atmosphere compared to the more typical mountain temples. After the peaceful temple visit, head to Haeundae Beach to relax or participate in some beach activities, immersing yourself in the local coastal lifestyle. Continue to the Nurimaru APEC House on Dongbaekseom Island, where you can admire its perfect blend of traditional Korean and modern architectural styles while enjoying additional ocean views. Finally, explore Haeundae Market, sampling delicacies and rounding off your journey with a local life experience.

Day 7: Busan City Tour and KTX to Seoul
Go on your trip to Gamcheon Culture Village, often called the 'Santorini of Korea', which has become a popular tourist destination in Busan. Once a shelter for refugees during the Korean War, this area is now known for its colorful buildings and creative sculptures and murals. Next, visit Jagalchi Market, Korea's largest seafood market. For seafood lovers, the most exciting experience here can be savoring fresh raw fish right at the market!
In the afternoon, return to Seoul via a 3-hour KTX bullet train journey. Your guide will escort you to the hotel, where you can enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 8: Depart From Seoul
It's time to say goodbye to Korea. Arrange your transportation from the hotel to the airport by taxi, subway, or shuttle bus for your homeward flight.
