Explore the history and architecture of India, and visit the otherworldly Himalayan kingdom of Nepal through this 11-day tour. In India, you will tour the bustling Chandni Chowk in Delhi, the enchanting Taj Mahal in Agra, and the beautiful Sheesh Mahal in the pink city of Jaipur. In Nepal, beyond the Durbar Squares in Kathmandu, Patan, and Bhaktapur, you will discover the ancient Swayambhunath - a place of pilgrimage for both Buddhists and Hindus, and visit Nagarkot to see the stunning Himalayan views.

Day 1: Arrival, Delhi
Upon your arrival at the airport of Delhi, India, our representative will pick you up and escort you to the hotel with a private transfer. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 2: Delhi
A morning departure to Old Delhi will start your full-day sightseeing. You will first visit the Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India. Go through the Chandni Chowk on a rickshaw for observation of local life. When driving back to New Delhi for visiting the Qutub Minar, you will pass by the Red Fort. Later, visit the Gandhi Smriti and the Humayun's Tomb, and then drive along with the city landmarks including India Gate, President's House, Parliament House & Government Secretariat Buildings. Today's last stop will be the Laxmi Narayan Temple housing the idols of the goddess Lakshmi.

Day 3: Delhi - Kathmandu
Check out and head to the airport for the flight to Kathmandu, Nepal. After arrival, our local representative will greet you and take you to the hotel. Have a good rest for the following exploration of magical Nepal.

Day 4: Kathmandu - Patan - Kathmandu
After breakfast, your personal tour guide will pick you up and transfer you to the Ason Tole Vegetable & Spice Market, where you can take a stroll through the bazaar and observe local people trading. Take a leisure walk to the Kathmandu Durbar Square and the Kumari Temple. Later, have a view of the Taleju Temple and the Kal Bhairav from outside.
This afternoon, a 15 minutes' drive will take you to the city of Patan (Lalitpur) for a visit to the Patan Durbar Square, which concentrates the mass of Newari architecture. Climb up the stairway to the Swayambhunath, known to tourists as the Monkey Temple, one of the holiest Buddhist shrines in Nepal.
Return to Kathmandu and enjoy a traditional dinner & dance for a cultural feast.
Optional: In the morning, if weather permits, you can choose to take a flight trip for an up-close view of Mount Everest, the main peak of the Himalayas.

Day 5: Kathmandu - Bhaktapur - Nagarkot
On this day, you will visit the Pashupatinath Temple and the Boudhanath Stupa. After that, set to the city of Bhaktapur for a visit to the Bhaktapur Durbar Square, which is a museum of medieval art and architecture.
Later, continue the transfer to Nagarkot and check in. The site has a reputation as the top spot for enjoying Himalayan views. At dusk, you may have a chance to be amazed at the views of the sunset over the Himalayas.

Day 6: Nagarkot - Kathmandu - Delhi
It is worth getting up for a breathtaking view of the snow-capped peaks in the sunrise. Have a refreshment and enjoy a breakfast before checking out at noon. Take an afternoon visit to the Changu Narayan Temple, the oldest temple in Nepal, which was originally built in the 4th century.
Later, be escorted to the airport in Kathmandu for the flight to Delhi. Upon arrival, our local representative will pick you up and take you to the hotel.

Day 7: Delhi - Agra
Today, a private A/C vehicle will take you to Agra after 4 hours' driving. After arrival, check in and have a short rest, and then visit Mehtab Bagh, also called Moonlight Garden, for a preview of the Taj Mahal.

Day 8: Agra
The amazing view of the Taj Mahal in the sunrise calls for an early departure from your hotel. You will marvel at the artistry of the architecture and take in the inspiration of the world's wonder.
After that, come back to your hotel for breakfast and refreshment. In the afternoon, pay a visit to the Agra Fort, which is one of the finest Mughal forts in India. Later on, move towards the Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah (Baby Taj).

Day 9: Agra - Jaipur
Leave for Jaipur on a driving journey about 5 hours. You will stop at the Fatehpur Sikri en route, a magnificent fortified ancient city and once the capital of the Mughal Empire for only some 10 years. You can also make a photo stop at the Abhaneri Step Well (without guide service) at an extra cost. Arrive in Jaipur and check in. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

Day 10: Jaipur
Today you will get a better understanding of Jaipur by a visit to the suburban Amber Fort and Jaipur city. Start the morning exploration to the Amber Fort, and take a jeep ride to the fort's entrance on the hillside. Consisting of an extensive palace complex, Amber Fort is divided into four main sections in which it includes the fabulous Sheesh Mahal (Palace of Mirrors).
After that, return to the downtown for the highlights such as the City Palace and the Jantar Mantar. Pass by the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) - a popular photo stop all over the world for its magnificent architecture, and the business center of Jaipur when driving back to the hotel.

Day 11: Jaipur - Delhi, Departure
Drive back to Delhi after a 5 hours' drive. After arriving in Delhi, stroll around the street and you may buy some gifts for your friends before the representative escorts you to the airport for the departure flight.
