Itinerary

• Day 1: Arrival, Kathmandu

  Welcome to Nepal. As soon as you arrive at the airport of Kathmandu, our representative will meet you and escort you to the hotel. After check-in and a brief about the following tour arrangement, the rest of the day is for your own nearby exploration or relaxation at the hotel to recover from the jet lag.

• Day 2: Kathmandu - Patan - Kathmandu

  Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby, and then stroll through the Ason Tole Vegetable and Spice Market for a glance at the local trading of daily supplies. Walk to the Kathmandu Durbar Square and visit the Kumari Temple. Have an external view of the Taleju Temple and the Kal Bhairav.

  In the afternoon, take a 15-minute driving trip to Patan City and tour the Patan Durbar Square. You will visit the Swayambhunath Stupa (the Monkey Temple) whose lofty white dome and glittering golden spire are visible from many miles away and from all sides of Kathmandu Valley. Return to Kathmandu later on.

• Day 3: Kathmandu - Bhaktapur - Kathmandu

  After breakfast, head for the Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world keeping an eye out in every direction. Proceed your trip with a visit to the Pashupatinath where the tradition of Hindoo Cremation Ceremony holds.

  Later on, a private transfer takes you to the city of Bhaktapur. Explore the Bhaktapur Durbar Square and afterward the Changu Narayan Temple, which is the oldest temple in Nepal. Drive back to Kathmandu and stroll around the Thamel streets for some shopping in the evening by yourself.

• Day 4: Kathmandu - Chitwan

  This morning, you will be driven to Chitwan (about 5 hours). Upon arrival in Chitwan National Park, your lodge guide will brief you about your following Chitwan programs and do some adjustment of all the activities on your schedule if you require.

  After lunch, start your jungle activities according to the schedule. The 3 days and 2 nights' hotel package includes a jeep safari, nature walk, bird watching, canoeing, Tharu or Darai Village tour, crocodile conservation, project tour, indigenous cultural dance, and song performances.

• Day 5: Chitwan

  Full day jungle activities as per the program will give you a memorable experience. Just enjoy and immerse yourself in nature.

• Day 6: Chitwan - Pokhara (5-6 Hrs' Drive)

  In the early morning, have a cup of tea or coffee before the program of bird watching. Come back for breakfast afterward. Later, leave Chitwan for Pokhara by private car. On the road, pay a visit to the Bandipur Village in Tanahu District, whose main street is still lined with traditional row houses. Continue the drive to Pokhara. Check in once you arrive and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

• Day 7: Pokhara

  Take delight in the beautiful scenery of the lifeful Pokhara. Enjoy a boat ride on the tranquil Phewa Lake. Walk to the World Peace Pagoda, where it offers a panoramic view of Phokara, Phewa Lake, and the distant Annapurna Mountains. After that, visit Devi's Fall and Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave. End today's tour at the International Mountain Museum which shows the past and present of mountaineering in Nepal, Japan, Slovakia, and other countries as well.

• Day 8: Pokhara - Kathmandu

  Get up a bit earlier and depart for the Sarangkot viewpoint where you will witness the fascinating sunrise over the Machapuchare, also known as "Fish Tail Mountain".

  Return to your hotel for breakfast and later fly back to Kathmandu. This afternoon, you can have a leisure stroll around Thamel, a center of the tourist industry for more than 40 years. In the evening, enjoy a cultural feast of Nepali with a traditional dinner and dance.

  Enjoy some leisure time before our representative picks you up and takes you to the airport for your flight back home.
