Day 1: Sapporo, Arrival
Welcome to Hokkaido, an enchanting destination nestled in the northern part of Japan! Upon landing at New Chitose Airport, you'll be greeted by a private driver. Following check-in at your hotel, take the remainder of the day to unwind and rejuvenate after your travels.

Day 2: Sapporo City Discovery
Today, you'll embark on a journey through Sapporo, the largest city on Hokkaido Island. Start your exploration at the iconic Sapporo Clock Tower, a rare Western-style structure in this dynamic city, symbolizing its rich heritage. Next, head to Odori Park, a favored spot for leisure and activity. At the park's eastern edge stands the impressive Sapporo TV Tower, boasting an observation deck offering panoramic vistas of the park and city skyline.
For a delightful afternoon, visit Shiroi Koibito Park, a chocolate-themed destination featuring the Ishiya Chocolate Factory. Renowned for its beloved Shiroi Koibito chocolate, this park offers innovative ways to indulge in this creamy delight. Day 3: Noboribetsu Hell Valley and Date Jidaimura Tour
This morning, leave Sapporo behind for a one-and-a-half-hour drive to Noboribetsu. Visit the Noboribetsu Hell Valley, a main source of Noboribetsu's hot spring waters featuring hot steam vents, sulfurous streams, and other volcanic activity. Depending on your physical condition, you can walk along the valley and stroll about 30 minutes deeper into the hills to reach River Oyunuma Natural Footbath, where you can take a seat and enjoy a heavenly hot-water footbath.
In the afternoon, you will visit Date Jidaimura Noboribetsu, a history theme park highlighting the Edo Period. Walk around the park to appreciate its buildings, learn about the traditional culture, and try some authentic local food. You may also have the chance to watch traditional performances such as Ninja Experience. This evening, you will stay overnight in Toyako Onsen, which is around a one-hour drive from Noboribetsu.

Day 4: Lake Toya, Toyako Volcano Science Museum
Today, you'll discover Toyako, a lake located within Shikotsu-Toya National Park, which is a place known for its thermal springs and active volcano, Mount Usu, offering a unique blend of natural beauty and geological intrigue. You will enjoy a sightseeing cruise across the serene waters of Lake Toya, taking in the breathtaking surroundings and savoring the tranquility of the never-freezing lake.
Later, visit the Toyako Volcano Science Museum to discover the formation of Lake Toya and delve into the volcanic activity that has shaped this stunning landscape over time. Venture to Mount Usu, an active volcano that serves as a prominent highlight of the area, and ascend on the Usuzan Ropeway for panoramic vistas.

Day 5: Enjoy Toyako Onsen, Transfer to Hakodate
Nestled on the Southern bank of Lake Toya, Toyako Onsen is considered one of the best onsens in Hokkaido, with sweeping lake views, accommodation options from modern luxury hotels to traditional ryokan inns, and sodium and calcium-chloride-rich waters. Today is dedicated for you to enjoy the hot springs at Toyako Onsen or step out of your hotel to discover the surroundings under your own steam.
You can ramble on the Lake Toya Promenade to indulge in gorgeous lake views and feel the peaceful vibe, or visit Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch to learn about the living habits of brown bears, watch them play around happily, or lay lazily on the ground enjoying the good weather when the sun is out. If you are looking for more action, then consider a canoeing trip in summer to discover more of Lake Toya's charm. After checking out of your hotel, your guide and driver will take you to Hakodate for the night.

Day 6: Hakodate, Morning Market and Fresh Seafood Donburi
As the southernmost city on Hokkaido, Hakodate is renowned for its spectacular views from Mount Hakodate and delectable, freshly caught seafood. This morning, head to the Hakodate Morning Market for a bowl of Kaisendon (Fresh Seafood Donburi) as breakfast. The market offers an array of fresh seafood options including crabs (kani), salmon eggs (ikura), and sea urchins (uni), among others. With a satiated belly, head to Fort Goryokaku, a massive, star-shaped, Western-style citadel, which was built in the last years of the Edo Period (1603-1868). The observation deck at the nearby Goryokaku Tower offers a panoramic view of the massive fortress.
Afterward, proceed to Motomachi, the former residential area of foreign traders situated at the foot of Mount Hakodate. Here you will see notable landmarks such as the Russian Orthodox Church, the Old British Consulate, the Chinese Memorial Hall, the former prefectural government branch office building, the old Hakodate Public Hall, and so on. Then, ascend to the summit of Mount Hakodate via a ropeway for breathtaking panoramic views of the city.

Day 9: Drive to Sapporo With Otaru Tour
Today, after leaving Club Med Kiroro Resort, you will explore the coastal city of Otaru on your way to Sapporo. First, a visit to Sankaku Fish Market will bring you closer to the local life. Then, take in the beauty of Otaru Canal with a leisurely walk. 1140m in length and 40m in width, the canal was completed in 1923 after nine years of construction work.
Head to KitaIchi Glass to immerse in the world of glass lamps, vases, accessories, and many other glassworks, then step into Otaru Music Box Museum to marvel at 80,000 music boxes of 5,000 different kinds in just the main building alone! Your driver will then take you to Sapporo for the night.
