Day 1: Delhi Arrival

Day 2: Old and New Delhi City Tour
Today's discovery journey starts at the sacred mosque of Jama Masjid in Old Delhi. This 17th-century Mughal architecture in red sandstone and white marble, instantly recognized by two 40-meter-high minarets, can accommodate over 25,000 worshippers in its vast courtyard. As you weave through the shop-lined alleyways of Chandni Chowk on a rickshaw ride, the vibrant sights, sounds, and scents will envelop you.
This afternoon, drive by the iconic India Gate into New Delhi for two UNESCO World Heritage sites. The towering 73-meter-high Qutub Minar, dating back to the 12th century, showcases intricate Islamic architecture adorned with intricate carvings and verses from the Quran. Humayun's Tomb represents a blend of Persian and Indian styles, serving as a precursor to the Taj Mahal.

Day 3: Delhi - Agra
After breakfast, enjoy some leisure time, check out from your hotel and set off on a 4-hour drive to Agra. From 1526 to 1658, the city was the capital of the Mughal Empire, contributing to India's architecture and cultural fabric.
Once reaching, settle into a local hotel and spend the rest of the day as you wish, whether relaxing in your room or exploring the local surroundings.

Day 4: Agra, Sunrise at Taj Mahal
An early morning transfer will take you to the iconic Taj Mahal, a symbol of eternal love. Made up of exquisite white marble, the mausoleum truly is a sight to behold, especially as the first sunlight baths it in a soft, golden glow. Its surrounding gardens, reflecting pool, and towering minarets add to its beauty. Return to the hotel for breakfast and refreshments.
This afternoon, explore the Agra Fort, a 16th-century red sandstone Mughal fortress under UNESCO protection. Within its walls lie palaces, courtyards, and mosques, each adorned with delicate carvings. There follows a visit to a local family to experience warm Indian hospitality. Learn the secrets of authentic Indian cooking and savor a home-cooked dinner with your hosts.

Day 5: Agra - Jaipur
Leave Agra for Jaipur this morning, about 6-hour drive apart.
On the way, stop to discover Fatehpur Sikri, the former capital of the Mughal Empire from 1572 to 1585, often considered the best example of Mughal architecture in existence. A local guide waiting at the entrance will show you around this deserted city and share stories of its historic past. You can also make a photo stop at the amazing Abhaneri Step Well at a little extra cost.

Day 6: Jaipur
A morning jeep ride will take you up to the imposing Amber Fort on a hill about 11 km away from Jaipur. Walk through its impressive gates and cobbled pathways, and you will appreciate its stunning architecture and beautiful frescoes on the walls. The Sheesh Mahal, also called the Palace of Mirrors is a star attraction of the fort.
Continue to visit the nearby Nahargarh Fort for a panoramic view of the surrounding area. Drive back downtown and visit the City Palace Museum and the Jantar Mantar. Make a photo stop in front of the iconic pink-hued Hawa Mahal before returning to the hotel.

Day 7: Jaipur - Pushkar
In the morning, head for Pushkar, a holy town famous for the tranquil Pushkar Lake, surrounded by numerous ghats and temples.
After arrival, check in and freshen up before heading out to visit the Brahma Temple, the only standing temple in India dedicated to Lord Brahma, the god of creation in Hinduism.

Day 8: Pushkar - Jodhpur
Journey onward (around 4 hours) to Jodhpur, known as the "Blue City" for its indigo-colored houses.
Upon arrival, take some time to relax at your hotel before embarking on a jeep safari to the rural Bishnoi Village. Observe the daily lives of shepherds tending goats, sheep, and camels, and discover local artisans practicing traditional crafts, such as hand-printing on fabrics.

Day 9: Jodhpur
After breakfast, set out to explore Mehrangarh Fort perched perpendicularly on a rocky hill, which holds pride of place in Jodhpur because of its splendid architecture. Standing on the fort, you will have a fabulous view of the blue city spreading out below.
The next stop is the elegant Jaswant Thada, popularly referred to as the "Taj Mahal of Marwar." Closing out the day, spend some time strolling around the Clock Tower and the nearby local market for a true taste of the locals' daily life.

Day 10: Jodhpur - Ranakpur - Udaipur
Depart Jodhpur and visit Ranakpur Jain Temple (audio guide available) en route to Udaipur. As one of India's biggest and most significant Jain temples, this architectural marvel is supported by over 1,444 exquisitely carved marble pillars, no two of which are alike. After your visit, continue your transfer to Udaipur, often called the "City of Lakes."

Day 11: Udaipur
This morning, pass through the bazaars to visit the 17th-century Jagdish Temple, celebrated for intricately carved pillars, beautifully adorned ceilings, and detailed sculptures depicting Hindu deities. Move on to explore the City Palace, now a museum with a large and varied collection of mosaics, glass and porcelain figures, miniatures, and paintings.
Later, relax and unwind with a 1-hour shared motorboat ride on Lake Pichola, followed by visits to the Garden of the Maids of Honour and the Folk Art Museum. Finish the day with an unforgettable sunset at the Sajjan Garh Palace, also called the Monsoon Palace.
