Day 1: Arrival, Zagreb
Welcome to Zagreb, the capital and the largest city of Croatia! Upon arrival, meet your private driver and head to your hotel for check-in.
In the early evening, you will enjoy a relaxing walking tour through the medieval core of the upper town with a local tour guide. It would take around 2 hours and give you chances to appreciate the landmarks of this city like Croatian Parliament, St Mark's Church, Stone Gate, and the ancient Lotrscak Tower. When the tour ends, you can try some delicious cuisine with the guide's recommendation before walking back to the hotel.

Day 2: Zagreb - Ljubljana
This morning your driver will escort you to Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. In this beautiful city, you can catch a glimpse of the local life from the open-air market, and experience the charm of landmark buildings like City Hall, Robba Fountain, and the Three Bridges.

Day 3: Ljubljana - Bled
Continue your trip to Bled today. Surrounded by high peaks, this city has enticed travelers since the mid-19th century for its pure air, magnificent scenery and healing thermal springs. The highlight is the imposing 11th-century Bled Castle. It is a medieval fortress perched on a steep cliff high above the lake, with huge towers, ramparts, and moats and a terrace. Before leaving the castle, don't forget to get a breathtaking view from the terrace.

Day 4: Bled - Opatija
Travel along the Julian Alps to the remarkable seaside resort of Opatija, a gem of Croatia's Adriatic coast, with its rich history and picturesque surroundings. Take an orientation tour of Opatija exploring the highlights of this former Imperial resort city. Later, continue to the Postojna Caves in Slovenia, which is a network of passages, galleries, and chambers. The specially designed cave train with electric lighting will take you to the splendid underground world, where the geological past is recorded in a unique manner. You'll be dazzled by the stalactites and stalagmites in a variety of shapes and colors.

Day 5: Opatija - Plitvice
Today you will head to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Sixteen interconnecting lakes can be seen from the surface, ringed with waterfalls and forest. These delicate lakes with different shades of green will give a feel as if you are in the wonderland.
After the tour, arrive in the town of Plitvice, and overnight in this lovely area.

Day 6: Plitvice - Trogir - Split
Head south to historic Trogir, founded by the Greeks in 400 BC. Here, admire the Cathedral of St. Lovro, one of the finest architectural works in Croatia, followed by the stunning Cipiko Palace. Afterward, drive along the dramatic Adriatic coast to the UNESCO protected seaside town of Split, the second-largest city in Croatia. Upon arrival, a walking tour along the cobbled streets of the Old Town features the historic inner city with its dominating Roman influence. The 4th century Palace of Diocletian, the remains of the Cathedral of St. Domnius built in the Middle Ages, and the Temple of Jupiter with its headless black sphinx guarding the entrance are the sights that can not be missed.
Spend the remainder of the day discovering the town independently, or take a leisurely stroll along the scenic waterfront promenade.

Day 7: Split - Dubrovnik
In the morning, drive about 3 hours to Dubrovnik and explore Old Dubrovnik on foot. This magnificent Old Town, with its treasure of Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque churches, monasteries, and palaces is designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During the walking tour, you will visit the Rector's Palace, the Sponza Palace, the City Bell Tower, the Dominican Monastery, and Franciscan Monastery with its pharmacy.
The rest of the day is at leisure. Perhaps spend time strolling along the impressive ramparts to overlook the shimmering Adriatic Sea, or visiting the Maritime Museum in St. John's Castle.

Day 9: Dubrovnik - Kotor - Podgorica
Today's excursion will take you on a scenic drive across the Croatian border to Montenegro. Head to the beautiful Bay of Kotor, the longest and deepest fjord in Southern Europe. Enjoy a boat ride that takes you to Our Lady of the Rocks Church, nestled on an islet off the coast of Perast. View the Roman Catholic Church, the largest building on the islet, with a museum attached to it. Afterward, stop in Perast, a charming old coastal town. Visit the dramatically beautiful town of Kotor, butted up against the steep limestone cliffs of Mt Lovcen, with its imposing network of fortifications. Afterward, Continue by car to Cetinje, the country's historical capital, visit the Cetinje Museum, a four-sectioned historical complex with its displays dedicated to Montenegro's history. After the tour, head to Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro.

Day 10: Podgorica - Belgrade
Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Belgrade, Serbia. Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax at leisure.

Day 11: Belgrade
Your exploration today will begin at the Kalemegdan Fortress. Consisting of the old citadel and surrounding park, this fortress is worth spending some time walking around to delve deeper into its history. After that, you will continue to visit Slavija and Republic Squares, bustling Knez Mihailova Street, and the imposing Saint Sava Temple.

Day 12: Belgrade - Sremski Karlovci - Novi Sad - Belgrade
Drive along the Pannonian Plain to Fruška Gora, visit one of the monasteries here and then head towards Sremski Karlovci. This quiet town will impress you with its small houses, Baroque churches, and palaces, gardens, and fountains, as well as its impressive history.
Continue your exploration of Petrovaradin Fortress. On top of it, you can see some interesting places like City Museum, Old Military Barracks, and the Clock Tower, and enjoy the view over the Danube and the city of Novi Sad. Later, walk through the main street dotted with the 18th and 19th-century architecture and then stop at the Liberty Square. Here you will find the Town Hall, Roman Catholic Cathedral, and so on. Finally, pass by the Serbian National Theater and visit the City Synagogue.
After the tour, take a break or a traditional Serbian lunch at your own expense. At the arranged time, get back into the vehicle and head back to your hotel in Belgrade.
