Day 2: August 1, 2027: Cairo - Luxor, Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx
Embark on your Egyptian adventure by exploring the legendary Giza Plateau, home to the world-renowned Pyramids of Giza. Depart from your hotel in Luxor early in the morning for a brief coach ride to the solar eclipse viewing site. Positioned near the point of maximum duration, you'll experience the awe-inspiring celestial event. After the eclipse, return to your hotel for an overnight stay, with memories of the day's wonders to cherish.
The eclipse timeline is as follows: the partial eclipse begins at 10:22:09, the total eclipse commences at 11:42:31, reaches its maximum at 11:45:16, the total eclipse ends at 11:48:01, and the partial eclipse concludes at 13:08:04.

- Felucca Sail on Nile (Luxor)
On a Felucca, a classic Egyptian sailboat, take in the tranquility of the Nile. While enjoying a refreshing beverage, catch a peek at the everyday local life as it passes by and see the monuments along the river. During the trip, the boat will anchor off the banana-plantation-covered Banana Island for a short shore exploration.
- Sunrise Ballooning (Luxor)
Watch the sun rise over the ancient city of Luxor from aboard a hot air balloon with this experience. A driver will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the western shores of the Nile River for refreshments and a safety briefing. Then you'll board your balloon for a 45-minute to one-hour flight, just in time to watch the sunrise. Take a sunrise flight over Luxor in a hot air balloon.
