Day 1: Arrival Cairo
Welcome to Egypt! An airport representative will be waiting at the tunnel and help you go through the customs and immigration, then escort you to the passenger pick up, where be met by your private driver. It takes about 1 hour's drive from the airport to your hotel. Check in and have a great night.- Cairo

Day 2: Cairo, Great Pyramid of Giza
Today you will explore the top sights in Cairo. Start with a tour to Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt during the Old Kingdom, where you will see the significant Step Pyramid of Saqqara. Continue to visit the most iconic pyramids at Giza and the mysterious Sphinx. Your guide will tell the story behind each construction while you are visiting.- B

Day 3: Cairo, Egypt Museum and Local Bazaar
You will first visit the Egypt Museum. Owns over 120,000 collections with items ranging from ritual objects to jewelry, the Museum is not only the place for history buffs but a place for those who love to learn more about splendid Egypt.
In the afternoon, you will proceed to Old Cairo to visit the Citadel of Salah El Din, and the Mohammed Ali Mosque where you can have a panoramic view of Cairo. Keep going to the Khan El Khalili Bazaar, one of today's highlights. It's a unique experience to step into the Egyptian local life.
If time permits, you can walk to see the Saints Sergius, Bacchus Church, Hanging Church and the Ben Ezra Synagogue not far from the Citadel of Salah El Din before traveling to the Khan El Khalili Bazaar.

Day 4: Cairo - Alexandria - Cairo
After breakfast, transfer to Alexandria (about 3 hours) for a full-day tour.
Explore the Catacomb of Kom el Shoqafa, a remarkable example of the Alexandrian blend of Greco-Roman and Egyptian styles carved into 100ft of solid rock. Not far away, you will see the famous Pompey's Pillar. The next stop will be the Library of Alexandria. Apart from the main library, the complex includes a library for the blind. You will pass by the Alexandria Conference Center, a science museum, a planetarium, a Restoration and Conservation Laboratory, and the Hall of Fame (exterior only). Later, tour the Mosque of Abu al-Abbas al-Mursi and Fort Qaitbey.
After the tour, drive back to Cairo.

Day 5: Cairo - Aswan, Nile River Cruise
This morning, take an early flight to Aswan where you will start your Nile Cruise. Upon arrival, be picked up by your private driver and transferred to the pier. Board on your cruise and take a short break. Then disembark for a guided trip to the High Dam and the Temple of Philae. The Temple of Philae sits on Aglika Island and is surrounded by blue water that makes it one of the most picturesque temple complexes in all of Egypt.
In the late afternoon, you will experience a felucca ride on the Nile with a shore excursion to the Botanical Gardens on Kitchener Island.

Day 6: Nile River Cruise
Set sail to Edfu this morning, enjoy the incredible scenery along the river bank. The ship will stop at Kom Ombo for you to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, which is famous for its unique construction- the double temple, with one side dedicated to the god Haroesis and the other side to Sobek. When arriving in Edfu, you will have a chance to visit the Temple of Edfu, the second-largest temple in Egypt next to Karnak Temple.
Enjoy a cheerful night on board, you can choose to join some of the activities organized by crew members or relax on the deck with a cup of soft drink.

Day 7: Nile River Cruise
Continue sailing to Luxor this morning. You will have a deep insight into the mysterious underground world of ancient Egypt by visiting the Valley of the Kings. Then take a shuttle bus to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut nearby, admire the majestic ancient architecture. Pay a visit to the huge Colossi of Memnon before returning to the ship.- B L D

Day 8: Luxor - Hurghada, Temple of Kanak and Luxor
Visit the most famous attractions of Luxor before heading to Hurghada today. After breakfast, travel to the Temple of Karnak, the largest temple complex in Egypt. Walk along the Avenue of Sphinx to enter the complex, your guide will company you to each part of the temple and explain the history in detail. Keep going to the Luxor Temple, not as large as the Temple of Kanak but owns some of the well-preserved statues and carvings. Drive to Hurghada when finishing today's trip.
