Day 1: Arrival - San José - La Fortuna
Welcome to Costa Rica!
Right after your arrival, one of our representatives will welcome you at the airport exit and transfer you to your hotel close to the Arenal Volcano in La Fortuna. It will take about three hours on the way during which you will receive a brief introduction about Costa Rica.

Day 2: La Fortuna, Hanging Bridges, Volcano Walk, La Fortuna Waterfall
The Arenal Hanging Bridges (Mistico Park) forms a transitional vegetation strip home to highland and lowland bird species, such as bellbirds and Toucans. Walking on the hanging bridges, you will get a totally different perspective of the jungle and the diverse creatures inhabiting it, as well as stunning views of Volcano Arenal and Lake Arenal.
Start the journey with an adventure on the hanging bridges and then continue to explore the Arenal Volcano National Park along its well-designed trails and finally reach La Fortuna Waterfall, one of the largest and most breathtaking waterfalls in Arenal. At the entrance of the waterfall, you will have some time to change into your bathing suit if you want to cool off in the pool beneath it. This is sure to be a good workout as there are 500 steps to get down to the waterfall and 300 steps to get back up.

Day 3: La Fortuna - Playa Tambor
Take a shuttle transfer to Playa Tambor, a small town located on the Nicoya Peninsula that features endless beaches, diverse vegetation, and abundant wildlife. Arrive at your beachfront hotel after around 6 hours, check-in and then enjoy its comfortable accommodation and charming surroundings.

Day 4: Playa Tambor, Tortuga Island & Curu Wildlife Reserve
Get ready to discover the wonders that the Nicoya Peninsula has to offer. The Tango Mar Super Tour is a combination of several exciting tours. The first stop is Tortuga Island where you can enjoy its white-sand beaches; the second one is Curu Wildlife Reserve, a family-owned protected area that boasts thousands of varieties of plants, hundreds of species of animals, and a magnificent waterfall.
After the hike in the forest, you will head back to the sea and to the snorkeling spot where you'll see lots of coral and swim with a large variety of tropical fish, oysters, and octopus. Humpback Whales, dolphins, and sea turtles can be spotted can be sometimes seen during this trip.

Day 5: Playa Tambor - Liberia - Departure
Enjoy some free time this morning. Afterward, you will take a 3-hour shuttle transfer to the international airport of Liberia for your flight back home.
