Day 1: Liberia - Rio Celeste
Nicknamed La Ciudad Blanca, boasting the second international airport in the country and with easy access to volcanoes, rainforests, and beaches, Liberia is a convenient gateway for your tour to Costa Rica.
On arrival, meet our representative at the airport and enjoy a private transfer to your hotel next to the Tenorio Volcano National Park.

Day 2: Rio Celeste, Hike the Tenorio Volcano National Park
Meet your guide at the front desk of your hotel for a hiking tour through this humid forest. During the tour, you can observe a wealth of animal species and flora living in this area and relish in the astounding views of the Rio Celeste Waterfall.
After the tour, return to the hotel and refresh yourself. The hotel's garden surrounding restaurant, sparkling outdoor pool, and hot Jacuzzis provide perfect spots for some relaxation.

Day 3: Rio Celeste, Cano Negro Wildlife Refuge
Today, a 90-minute drive will take you to the incredible Cano Negro Wildlife Refuge that is home to a large variety of birds and animals, such as sloth, lizard, Gaspar fish, turtle, caiman, white-faced monkey, and so on.
You will take a boat meandering upstream and stopping along the way to observe the exotic birds in the jungle, the juvenile crocodiles by the riverbank, and many other creatures calling the Cano Negro home. If happen to be here in late fall or early spring, you may also able to see the bird migration.
The tour will end with a typical Costa Rican lunch and afterward, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 4: Rio Celeste - Arenal, the Sloth Watching
Continue the journey to Arenal with your private driver. En-route, stop at a small family-owned reserve to see sloths and learn about their life habit as well as the challenges they are facing. During the tour, you also have chances to see some red frogs, porcupines, birds, and many interesting trees. After it, a short drive will bring you to a five-star resort nestled in the center of the rainforest at the Arenal Volcano National Park. Check-in and take some time to soak in the healing thermal springs at your hotel, perhaps with a drink in hand.

Day 5: Arenal, Hanging Bridges & Arenal Volcano Combo Tour
Most animals and birds usually prefer to live in the canopy and sunlight. The 16 hanging bridges in the Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridges Park form an ideal path to discover the colorful ecosystem of the rainforest canopy, in which you will see colorful wildlife from spiders to lizards and from sloth to toucans.
Start the day with an adventure on the hanging bridges, have a picnic lunch, and then continue to Arenal Volcano. Hike along the trails until the dry lava formed by the eruption in 1968 and catch the stunning vista of the volcano. Though every exploration is unique, you have a great possibility to see dart frogs, vultures, and blue morpho butterflies.

Day 6: Arenal, Leisure Day
It's a leisure day for you to enjoy the facilities of your hotel or choose your referable way to explore more around La Fortuna. A horse riding tour across the mountains with picturesque countryside views and passing through a private cattle farm will be a nice choice.

Day 7: Arenal - Tamarindo, Sunshine and Beach
Meet your driver for a private transfer to Jardin del Eden, a boutique hotel featuring direct access to Tamarindo Beach.
Check into your hotel and then enjoy swimming, surfing, fishing, or any other water sports along the stunning coastline. Or just lounge on the daybeds in your hotel's private beachfront garden and relish in the breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and sunset.

Day 8: Tamarindo, Lose Yourself in Nature
Tamarindo Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica and one of the major nesting sites for turtles worldwide. Surrounding it, you can find golf courses, fine restaurants, and vibrant nightlife easily.
For outdoor enthusiasts, an ocean kayak exploring the mangrove and estuaries of Tamarindo is an ideal way to spot wildlife.
