Day 1: Welcome to Beijing
After landing in Beijing, China's appealing capital, get to your comfortable hotel. The rest of today is at your leisure, allowing you to rest from a long-haul flight or explore the surroundings of your hotel.

Day 2: Beijing, Forbidden City
Discover Beijing's rich history and grandeur on this one-day city tour. Start at Tiananmen Square, the symbolic heart of modern China. The adjoining Forbidden City, an immense palace complex, served as the residence for 24 Chinese emperors over 500 years. Alongside your knowledgeable guide, marvel at its majestic architecture, hear fascinating tales of royal life and dive into China's imperial past. Upon the conclusion of your tour, ascend Jinshan Hill to enjoy panoramic views of Beijing's ancient and contemporary landscapes.

Day 3: Beijing, The Great Wall
As you drive (about 1.5-2 hours) out of the city to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall, ascend effortlessly via cable car and engage in a moderate hike along the ramparts. Marvel at the awe-inspiring ancient fortifications and behold sweeping views of the surroundings.
After your visit, transfer back to the city. Before returning to your hotel, marvel at the modern architecture from the 2008 Beijing Olympics and stop by a classy pearl store, where you can admire exquisite craftsmanship and perhaps find the perfect souvenir.

Day 4: Beijing - Xi'an, High-speed Train Ride
Today, your exploration in Beijing continues with a morning visit to the divine Temple of Heaven, where emperors once prayed for good harvests. Wander through its vast complex of ornate halls, altars, and gardens, and stop off to watch locals performing their daily exercises.
Then, take a swift transfer to the railway station. Here, a high-speed train is waiting to whisk you to the historical Xi'an. Arriving in about 4.5-6 hours, be collected by your new guide and taken to your hotel.

Day 5: Xi'an, Terracotta Warriors
Focus today on exploring the world-renowned Terracotta Warriors, where thousands of life-sized clay soldiers, meticulously crafted 2,000 years ago, guard the tomb of Qin Shi Huang, China's first emperor. You'll also have the opportunity to examine the intricate details of the bronze chariots and horses up close at the nearby museum.

Day 6: Xi'an - Lhasa
Enjoy breakfast and leisure time until your vehicle and guide arrive at the hotel to take you to the airport for your flight to Lhasa, the sacred capital of Tibet. Upon landing, be greeted by the local guide and transported to your hotel. For the rest of the day, use your free time to rest up and acclimate to the high altitude (around 3,656 meters above sea level).

Day 7: Lhasa, Potala Palace

1. No hotel rooms or flights have been reserved so far. We will make the reservation after the deposit payment is received. In case rooms are not available at the hotel foreseen/desired, alternate rooms or similar categories of hotels will be suggested. Any supplement/reduction applicable in such cases will be payable accordingly.
2. If the number of passengers is less than 4 people 45 days prior to the tour date, the tour will be canceled, and your deposit will be returned in full.
