  Step into the vast expanse of Tiananmen Square, the gateway to centuries of imperial history. Venture next into the Forbidden City, a palatial complex that whispers tales of emperors' past. Later, meander through the labyrinthine Hutongs, enjoying a rickshaw ride and a calligraphy experience - learning to write Chinese characters with a brush pen.

• Day 3: Beijing, The Great Wall & Ming Tombs

  Drive about two hours to arrive at the foot of the Great Wall, a testament to human ingenuity and resilience. Take a cable car ascending and walk on the serpentine path to take in its majesty.

  In the afternoon, on the way back to the urban, pay homage to Changling, an outstanding example of the Ming Tombs, the final resting place of 13 Ming dynasty rulers.

• Day 4: Temple of Heaven & Tai Chi, Beijing - Xi'an
